TOWB 012g
The TOWB 012g test bay is equipped with a 2.5 L single-cylinder heavy-duty internal combustion engine coupled to a 150 AG Froude Eddy Current Dynamometer and a HORIBA Emission Analyser for direct measurement of exhaust gases. The facility also includes a complete conditioning system for engine cooling and lubrication, with components fully compatible with the engine specifications. Additionally, the test bay is equipped with hydrogen and methanol fuel lines for direct fuel injection and testing.
The test cell control system consists of four integrated subsystems:
Utility Control
Data Acquisition (DAQ) System
Engine Control Module (ECM)
Safety System
These systems operate together to ensure precise and safe control of the test cell, engine, and dynamometer under a unified platform.
